1) THE DREAM
What is your compelling Reason, Vision, and your dream? Without it being very clear in your mind, I almost can guarantee that you will fail in this business. The foundation of your entry into this business is your dream. Your dream is something you desire so badly that you are willing to pay any price to achieve it. This is very crucial because you cannot start something without knowing where you are going.
Write down your dreams now! Never talk about things if you are not willing to write them down because by so doing, you will never forget. Your dream makes you realize that there is something out there you want to achieve and there something keeping you alive. Your dream is your motivating factor that will push you to success in this business ‘’If Your Dream Is Big Enough the Facts Don’t Count’’.
Commitment means making a decision and sticking by it no matter what. The beauty of Network Marketing is time flexibility but the amount of time and effort you put in determines your results. How many hours per day do you want to commit to doing this business to be able to achieve your dreams? Ask your new sign-ups this question so that you can know the amount of effort and attention to focus on each one of them.
The Higher his or her commitment, the more your attention to him/her should be and vice versa. Don’t over push those with low commitment but don’t give up on them, keep working on them and gradually, their commitment level will also grow.
Also you must make a commitment to yourself to grow in this business by attending events and training, listening to CD’s and reading books. Training is part of power of Association surrounding yourself with the right people.
3) NAME/CONTACT LIST
This is the most important thing a Networker needs to do. If you don’t have a name list, your chances of succeeding in this business is very low. The mental process of writing down each name and phone number is crucial to your growth in network marketing.
Research says an average person knows above 200 people, so write a name list of a minimum. Don’t prejudge anyone, that’s the biggest disease in network marketing. Your name list should include everybody and anybody you know. Write the Cold, Warm, and Hot list. The Hot consist of family names.
Both nuclear and extended families. The warm consist of best friends, and friends you made in colleges or schools. The cold consists of those friends you made at parties, in cars or by accidentally.
